You usually must get a scale, carefully measure out all the components, caress the bread for ages, then cut out little cookies into heart, moon and star shapes then wait another century'til they're baked.
NEVER EVER could I bake biscuits under these circumstances. That is just not how I roll up. But after that I came across these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyhow.)
Okay, they do not taste just like the biscuits you receive around Christmas time. Rather they're a little more gooey and do not crumble at all.
But what largely convinced me was you can have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.
Probably the most astonishing thing about the biscuits is that they involve just 2 ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anyone can mix two ingredients.
Though if you would like to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up using some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!
It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody is gonna pay me if you eat them), but I have to mention one more awesome thing about these cookies.
They're tasty! Yep, once I'd had the first I finished the remainder inside an hour.
They're fantastic for hiking excursions or other events where you need a quick energizing snack on the go. Nowadays I keep these as a quick bite in my backpack.
It must also be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the typical cookie suspects. Just oats and peanuts.
Take oats for example. Not only do they reduce your cholesterol levels which subsequently can help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with good carbs and nutrients to keep you going for longer during the day.
These nutrients contain manganese, good for bone creation and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- essential for energy generation to make you feel fuller
Same with peanuts -- the favourite fruit one of athletes -- not only cause they have a decent number of good carbs but for being the big players at the potassium video game.
Potassium is a very important nutrient for avoiding fatigue and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you have a challenging day ahead of you.

Have you ever been stuck somewhere in nature and thought"damn I am in trouble" ? If yes, where? Just combine peas and peas and then bake them for 15 minutes. Great for when you need an energy boost on the go. Enjoy!
Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)
Obtain a bowl and mash the carrots until they're mushy
Add the cup of yogurt and some of the optional ingredients
Stir until all is well mixed
Put baking paper on the menu so that the cookies do not adhere. If you do not my site possess that make sure to wash the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegetarian )
To make the cookie shape simply grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mix onto the baking dish like I did in the photo above. It is super quick and easy.
Off it goes into the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
